Red wine: Pinotage/Merlot Blend
This wine displays vibrant aromas of red cherry, ripe plum, and raspberries, layered with subtle undertones of vanilla, chocolate and a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is lush and fruit-forward, with silky texture and velvety soft tannins that make it both approachable and refined. The oak aging contributes depth and complexity without overshadowing the fruitiness of the wine. Enjoy now or within the next three years to appreciate its youthful vibrancy and balanced elegance. Ideally paired with barbecue meats, roasted duck, or mushroom risotto. Also, a great companion to aged cheeses or charcaterie.

Sparkling Red: Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé is a seductive salmon-coloured sparkling wine. Sweet and medium-bodied with a brim full of red berry and strawberry flavours, with a hint of candy floss. A well-structured acidity and lingering finish. Serve chilled.

Sparkling White: Sauvignon Blanc Sparkling Brut is a refreshing, drier style bubbly has lively fruit flavours and crisp acidity. This bubbly is medium-bodied, showcasing tropical fruit with hints of litchis, guava and green fig flavours, combined with a lingering finish. Serve chilled.
