At Stellenbosch Hills, we believe wine should do more than delight the palate, it
should uplift the people who help bring it to life. That’s why every Polkadraai wine you
enjoy helps support Polka Kids, a long-standing community project close to our hearts.

Founded in 2008, Polka Kids works through the Vlottenburg schools to support over
400 local learners , many of whom are the children of our own vineyard and winery
team. With limited access to teaching aids and educational resources, these schools
face real challenges. That’s where Polka Kids steps in, and where Polkadraai wine drinkers make a difference.

In August, we teamed up with the Stellenbosch Feeding Scheme, Feeding in
Action, to serve a hearty meal to around 150 children and adults in the Vlottenburg
and Longlands area. It was a day of warm food, big smiles, and true community spirit.

A reminder that small acts (and even small glasses) can make a meaningful impact.
