Tasting Notes:
Delightfully exquisite, this wine showcases vibrant berry fruit, plums,
and sweet undertones, complemented by subtle hints of chocolate and
French oak spice. It presents a medium body with soft, velvety tannins.

Food Pairing:
Versatile in nature, this wine pairs wonderfully with a variety of dishes,
enhancing the flavors of everything from pasta to meat

In the Cellar:
The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness, reaching 24.5° Balling,
to enhance fruit expression and soften tannins.
Each fruit variety was fermented separately on the skins at 25°C for
approximately 14 days. Post-fermentation, the wine was aged for six
months in a combination of French and American oak barrels.

This wine is best enjoyed now or within three years from the vintage.

70% Pinotage
30% Merlot
